We have been informed that the proposed staging of the London Riders Championship at Lakeside next week has been postponed.

As yet there has been no date made available for the restaging.

The Wimbledon Speedway Supporters Club have arranged a Supporters Reunion to take place at the Corner Pin Public House on Saturday 8th August.

The evening will start from 18:30 through to midnight and is open to all supporters.

We have also invited a number of ex riders, so it would be great to see as many of you as possible.

The Wimbledon Speedway Supporters Club are delighted that the former London Riders Championship will return at the Arena Essex Raceway, the home of the Lakeside Hammers on Friday 17th July.

We have already been in touch with Lakeside to offer our full support, and we will be selecting the proposed rider to take part in the meeting, carrying the club colours, shortly.

Not only will this website release all the latest Wimbledon Speedway news, but it will also detail the complete statistical history of the Club.

Please understand that this is a major project and could take a number of years to fully complete, so please bear with us while this section is completed.
